Glass Pool is an animated feature built for the Adult Courtyard at Manchester University Hospitals. 500 pieces of motorised glass reflect the light and surrounding buildings. Occasional golden fish leap up between the glass panels.
Glass pool is an 8m long mechanical pool with 500 glass panels, each pivoted to form a reflecting surface of a pool. The pool is situated in the Adult Courtyard Manchester University Hospitals. Autumn 2009
